Taking audit enquiries · US, UK and Australia
Be found in Google, and in the answers AI assistants give.
16 years in search, spent on one question: why isn't this site showing up where it should? I find out first — in Google's index and in what ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini cite — then fix what the evidence points at.

01 / Where to start
The Kreametrix Audit
Every engagement starts here. A diagnostic pass over your site and your data, written up as findings with the evidence attached and ranked by what it costs you.
Revenue first, technical second, risk third, intent fourth, honesty throughout.
See what the audit covers →Stage 01 of 05
Revenue mapping
Which pages and queries actually bring in enquiries or sales. Every later finding is ranked against this, so you see cost to the business, not a count of warnings.
OUTA map of the pages that earn, and the ones that should.
Stage 02 of 05
The invisible layer
Crawling, indexing, rendering and canonicals, including the per-page overrides and template quirks that standard checks never surface.
OUTWhat Google and AI assistants can and cannot actually read.
Stage 03 of 05
The penalty check
Manual actions, algorithmic drops, and the patterns that put a site at risk of one before it happens.
OUTA clear yes or no on risk, with the evidence attached.
Stage 04 of 05
Intent and answer fit
Whether each important page answers what the searcher, or the assistant, is really asking, and whether it is quotable when they do.
OUTPages matched to the questions they should win.
Stage 05 of 05
The honest verdict
Findings written up, ranked by what they cost you, with a remediation scope you can hand to anyone. Sometimes the verdict is that nothing serious is wrong.
OUTA written verdict and a scope, even if it says leave it alone.

Not sure where to start?
Where are you stuck?
Pick the one that sounds most like your site. Here’s what I’d look at first.
What I’d check first
When it dropped, which pages lost it, and whether the date lines up with a Google update, a site change or a manual action.
A drop has a cause, and the date usually points at it. Fixing pages before knowing the cause is how budgets get wasted.
What I’d check first
Whether assistants can crawl and render your pages at all, and whether those pages answer the question in a way they can quote.
The same crawling and rendering problems that keep Google out keep ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini out.
What I’d check first
The primary category, your name, address and phone across directories, and the old listings nobody is tracking.
Google needs one consistent signal for what the business is. Mixed signals cost rankings and can trigger suspension.
What I’d check first
Canonicals, noindex tags, robots rules, internal links and rendering — the invisible layer, including per-page overrides.
One wrong tag can tell Google to ignore a page you need. Standard checks don’t always surface where it lives.
What I’d check first
Which pages actually earn, whether they match what the searcher wants, and what each page asks them to do next.
Traffic that doesn’t convert is usually an intent problem, not a ranking problem.
02 / Services
Nine services, four groups
Remediation follows the audit. It goes where the findings point, not where a retainer template says it should.
Advisory
Where the search opportunity actually is, and which of it is worth your budget.
Foundation
Crawling, indexation, rendering, and getting out from under a manual action.
Visibility · incl. AI search
Being retrievable and quotable — by Google’s index and by assistants.
Local
Profiles, service areas, citations and review signals that hold up.
03 / How I work
Diagnosis, then treatment
No discovery call that turns into a pitch. A scoped diagnostic, a written verdict, then a decision that stays yours.

04 / Who does the work
Hi, I'm Dion. One practitioner, not an agency.
I do the analysis, and I am the person you talk to about it — from the consultation through to verification. Nothing is handed to someone who wasn't in your data.

What people ask before hiring me
What if the audit finds nothing serious?
Then you get that in writing. It happens, and it is worth knowing. I would rather tell you your site is fine than invent a problem to solve.
Who actually does the work?
I do the analysis, and I am the person you talk to about it — from the consultation through to verification. Nothing is handed to someone who wasn't in your data.
Is AI search a different service?
It is one of the nine, but the audit looks at both together. The same crawling and rendering problems that keep Google out keep assistants out.
Do you work with my timezone?
Clients are in the US, UK and Australia. Written reporting does most of the communicating; calls are scheduled at civilised hours for both of us.
